Shortcuts to SharePoint repositories can prevent documents from syncing to your computer. To remove these shortcuts, there are two ways to do it: through the file explorer or through the web.
File Explorer Method:
- Navigate to your personal OneDrive
- Right-click the shortcut and select remove shortcut. The shortcut is denoted by a chain symbol on the folder icon
OneDrive Online Method:
- Navigate to your personal OneDrive on the web
- Select the shortcut and click Remove
