How To View Support Tickets

Updates on tickets will be sent to your email, but you can also view the status and see what other tickets you have open through the Technology Help Portal. To view your tickets, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on VIEW YOUR REQUESTS at the bottom
  2. When prompted to sign-in, click on Sign in with SSO at the bottom
  3. Enter in your Wiley X email and complete the sign-in process
  4. After successfully logging in, you can view through your tickets. Click on the ticket to view its status
