How to Mark Emails as Safe or Report Them in Mimecast's CyberGraph

When a user interacts with a CyberGraph banner for the first time they will be required to authenticate against the Mimecast platform. 

NOTE:

  • End-users who access their email on multiple devices will need to authenticate from each device.

To authenticate for the first time:

  1. Enter your email address in the Mimecast pop up then click on the Submit button
  2. You will then receive an email from Mimecast
  3. Click on the Magic Login button to complete authentication
  4. Once authenticated, the user is presented with a prompt where they will select the appropriate action for the email:

  5. Select how you want to report the email then click Submit
