When a user interacts with a CyberGraph banner for the first time they will be required to authenticate against the Mimecast platform.
NOTE:
- End-users who access their email on multiple devices will need to authenticate from each device.
To authenticate for the first time:
- Enter your email address in the Mimecast pop up then click on the Submit button
- You will then receive an email from Mimecast
- Click on the Magic Login button to complete authentication
- Once authenticated, the user is presented with a prompt where they will select the appropriate action for the email:
