Follow these instructions to scan to email from the Sharp printer located in the Work Room:
- At the login screen, tap on the Guest button on the bottom right
- Tap on Access Device
- Tap on Email
- Insert the document to scan in scan feed or on top of the scanning bed
- Input your email address:
- Search for your user in the address book (if you don't see your name, see step 5b)
- If your name does not appear in the address book, click OK then tap on the Address field to then input your email address
- Search for your user in the address book (if you don't see your name, see step 5b)
- Tap on Start to scan the document
- The document should start scanning. It will then appear in your inbox shortly (typically within a minute). Don't forget to log off when done
- You can see the status of the scan job by tapping on Job Status on the top right
